| | | | The Green Room Newsletter Zoho on events marketing
February 2026 | | | | Hi there, Sometime in 2025, the Zoho events team crossed a milestone that meant everything to us: 200 Zoholics events delivered across the globe.
As you probably read in the last edition, we started more than a decade ago, with hosting just three events a year. Today, we execute nearly 40 Zoholics annually—across regions, industries, and audiences. And we do it with a lean team of just 25 marketers.
Over time, Zoholics has grown into one of our strongest go-to-market engines. What makes it even more rewarding is that we execute every event in-house, enabling us to deliver measurable ROI at every stage.
In this edition, we take you beyond individual events and into the bigger picture with Zoho's philosophy on events. We walk you through four core ideas that shape our approach:
1. The journey of Zoholics and how this event series evolved into a cornerstone of our marketing playbook. 2. The philosophy that powers our events, and how we take the flywheel approach to success. 3. How we intentionally differentiate our experiences from the competition. 4. The role technology plays as the backbone of every event we run.
We also spill the beans on our event strategy, including the frameworks we use to measure event success. If you're keen on building events as a long-term growth engine, we think you’ll enjoy reading our free ebook, Zoho on Events Marketing. To celebrate the milestone, we’ve also included a short Zoholics Wrapped video below—don’t miss it.
Also, keep an eye out for Zoholics USA happening on May 12-13, 2026. | | | | | |
