This means you can incorporate document signing directly into your automated pipelines, from triggering a signature request to syncing the completed document across your tools, all within a single workflow. | | | | SharePoint integration for document import and export | | | Zoho Sign now integrates with Microsoft SharePoint, allowing you to import documents directly from SharePoint and export or back up signed documents seamlessly within existing workflows. | | | | Enhanced webhook authentication | | | Enforce stronger, more flexible webhook security by defining custom authentication headers, ensuring every outbound request meets the validation requirements of external integrations without compromise. | | | | Document access control across multi-recipient envelopes | | | Senders can now enforce document-level confidentiality within a single envelope, so each recipient only sees and signs what's intended for them. This brings a new level of precision and trust to multi-party document workflows. | | | | Trusted sender email and domain management | | | Administrators can now define a list of trusted email addresses and domains, suppressing unknown sender warnings for verified sources.
