on platforms like Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, and GitHub Copilot can access Zoho Sign and run signature workflows with a simple prompt. | | | | Usage dashboard: | | | This new dashboard gives administrators a consolidated view of account-level usage metrics, making it simpler to track activity and plan resources ahead of time. | | | | Recipient authentication via Didit: | | | Users can now verify recipient identity through KYC checks, biometric scans, and other methods using the new Didit integration. This integration is available across all data centers, alongside existing options like OTP, KBA, and eID. | | | | Qualified electronic signatures via Sign8: | | | Organizations based in our EU data center can now enable qualified electronic signatures (QES) by integrating their Zoho Sign account with Sign8, a qualified trust service provider. This integration is available to both Zoho Sign users and external signers, and incurs an additional cost. | | | | e-Stamping for India via eDrafter: | | | Zoho Sign now integrates with eDrafter, allowing users and organizations based in our Indian data center to pay non-judicial stamp duty and apply e-stamps to their documents across all Indian states directly within Zoho Sign. This integration incurs an additional cost. | | | | Quick Navigation: | | | Find documents, templates, settings, and actions from a single search bar, without navigating through menus. | | | Other updates: |  | Migrate your existing Docusign templates to Zoho Sign without recreating them from scratch. | | | | Mail merge templates from Zoho Writer can now be imported into Zoho Sign to send personalized documents for signature in bulk. | | | | Agreement intelligence and AI-assisted document creation through the OpenAI integration are now available across all data centers. | | | | The document viewer now supports text search, easier document navigation, and a smoother reviewing experience. | | | | | Important notice: We have discontinued QES via Uanataca in the European Union.
